About Me
My Name is Harvey and I am an IT Technician in my day job with a passion and drive in Graphics and Web Design and this is why I started HCL Design which is my own Freelance Design services. From a very young age I have always been interested in Graphic Design and this lead me to self teach my self the ways using the web and online videos. I picked up the skills and have used and developed them since I was 12 years old when I branded my own YouTube channel and now being 21 I just want to share my skills and have others gain from them! This is when HCL Design was born.
